Communication to your congregation is one of the most important church administrative tasks.  Outreach communication and follow-up to the community is one of the most important things you can do help your church grow and reach more people for His Kingdom.  Five Talent Church has very flexible and powerful mass mailing features with options to select from a group of predefined mailings or to create your own custom communications.

Mailings is a very important part of Five Talent Church so we have created a very familiar email interface that makes it simple to create and send emails.  You can set up your email to pull data automatically from your database using the Insert Field command, creating very personal communications and saving staff time.

On the Recipients page, you can preset and save who you want to send the mailing to.  This makes it very quick to send out monthly Happy Birthday notes or yearly Anniversary notes.  You can also quickly see who is in the distribution list through our Show Recipients features, providing the option for one final check before sending.
